How to Create a Culture of Approachability

He says the three P's are positive, passionate and productive; one without the other two is always a nightmare. LZ: Stop focusing on being great and simply do your vision factors consistently. You can't mandate that somebody show up to work five minutes early. But you might have a conversation that you never had before that means something.
