There was a lot of push back when you came in with m the way you've just presented. Some really quit cause they wanted out. But i'm quick to report back to them that i don't think a beard or a hat is actually changing the way ta we are inter acting with our customer. And will share the stories of amazing new piessers who do life saving acts every day. That hasn't changed. They may have beard, while they're doing that life saving act. Think about it, we have u p ters who are delivering a package and see someone on the ground who needs c p r ther. There incredible stories of u p s are saving people's lives
