How Do You Jump the Curve on the Squeeze?

The BIS is drawing up lists of banks and those banks are behaving as if it's sovereign immunity extends to them. Which means they're free to steal your money. And I think most people are realizing that, and we're all sitting around scratching our heads saying what do we do about the taxes? Is there breaking the law?
