This is still a myth that lingers in the general population, which is that you get stronger, you build more muscle, you're going to be tighter. Right. So explain how strength contributes to mobility. Most people have mobility issues in the squat. If I can load that squat and progressively improve your depth through that, I've improved your mobility. It doesn't tighten up and lock you down.
