The Pressure to Educate Your Partner
Elle: I remember being in this mommy group and people were starting to sort of change their idea like shouldn't this just be a parent group? Elle: It feeds directly into that problem that we've talked about before in the podcast where it's like, I don't want to educate my partner. Why do I feel this heavy burden to educate them? Like how did like as you were saying that I was like, Oh my God, that's how I learned it. And so all of that stuff is targeted toward men like sleep coaches.
