There is a faculty lounge at the school where you teach yeah there is it's like every it's a small country school so everybody uses this and then there's a teacher's classroom though teachers will go in. I think people have have more of a sense now not to talk about this and if they do it's one time I remember somebody at a staff meeting pointing her finger and saying we needed to make sure we called so-and-so by such-and-such a name the other names the dead name, she said. "I don't think they're gonna take kindly some of this stuff," he says as his rural town prepares for its first ever high school football game
