How to Treat Tech Depth as a Strategic Investment

One of my highest performing content pieces was a recommendation of a piece that you co-wrote, which is how to treat tech depth. I think it's one of those things as an engineering leader where people freak out about tech debt all the time and you see engineers try and act like they can stop it. And really powerful people are doing that knowingly instead of sort of letting it happen to them. So yeah, I think tech debt absolutely is a strategic investment that that you're making is a trade-off for other stuff at any given time.
