How to Combine Overtraining With Weight Training

You can combine it with traditional weight training but I'm gonna suggest you don't hit the same muscles right so what you do is you come in here and you're gonna hit the big muscles they're gonna really grow quickly. Dorian was very very conscious of the negative portion of the repetition known that's where the majority the growth is gonna come. If you flip into recovery and allow your heart rate to drop very quickly  the body says wow that must be a real emergency as soon as you finish doing that. It tells the bodyoh a tiger almost ate me oh there's a abrupt stress on the body and then also then I'm at peace again.
