Class Four National Insurance

Locum GPs sometimes get in a mess with national insurance contributions and also payment on account. Class four national insurance is a reduced rate as opposed to your class one, which you venue in employment. Even if you do self-assessment on your own, you've got to apply on your own. It's not automatically gets feeded onto HMRC software or even accountants software. This is something that the human brain has to physically do.
