How Do You Model Patient Focused Behaviors in Emergency Medicine?

Eric: I think like modeling these like earnest genuine curiosity type of behaviors that are patient focused and those are the things that I've walked away with for sure as being some of the most helpful things. He says trying to try to always remember to be humble and be compassionate with other people that I'm working with and also with patients is what he's tried to do through those situations.
