How to Attract and Engage Criticism in Your Company

De-extinction just is cool. Like, I mean, regardless of the potential positive impacts for the world and for whether it's human healthcare or, or conservation, it's also just cool. And so, I think that we, we, one of the things I think that's been a secret to our success is we've really embraced criticism. Sometimes big and bold ideas and transformation is scary, right? So you can bring that sometimes brings out all types of critics. We've actually really leaned into our critics. Some of our early critics are now our most trusted advisors who we work with on a daily basis.
