Is Sydney Slash Bing Covered by Section 230?
There is just a plain reading of the law where it's not clear why recommendation algorithms would fall under Section 230. I wouldn't be surprised if that wound large in Microsoft view, right? It's funny that Sydney's calling me a bad researcher and urging me to be a better person. That's all. And this is the whole tension here. There are explicitly targeting the most enjoyable, amusing, viral, shareable aspect of this is also simultaneously what they're trying to kill.
