Back log is a dirty word at base camp. We basically believe that long lists don't get done. So we try to keep things free, not have long back logs. Even trying to just figure out what you're going to do for the next six to eight weeks,. its actually surprisingly difficult. Sophoer is not something that yields well to planning.
