How to Make Accessibility Testing Easier
There's really several levels of testing. The first thing you should do is you should do automated testing. You cannot rely entirely on automated tests because they will catch on average about 40% of what's there on a page. For example, the automated test can tell you whether or not you have the alt attribute on an image. But it cannot yet analyze is this image decorative? Is this image informative? If it's informative, is the quality of the alt text appropriate for this image? Right? So that becomes really where most of the work is. And then the third thing you can do if you have a little bit of money is get usability testing done by disabled people. They're great
