If you haven't spent a little time saying these are my values then you wouldn't be able to check it against anything. The fourth factor is the season of life that you're in so if I'm going to take aligned action I've got to consider is this in divine timing or is this like going to feel like pressure and that's different given the season ofLife thatyou're in. If you've got a new house a new baby a new relationship a sick parent a sick child like that's going to come into alignment.

Take an approach to business that partners with your heart, body, and soul, instead of adding to your task list

Between recovering from the pandemic and the constant pressure of hustle culture, entrepreneurs all over the world are prone -- more than ever -- to burnout and depression.

I’ll be honest, there have been plenty of times throughout my entrepreneurial journey that I’ve felt totally depleted.

And although it’s so tempting just to get back on the horse and keep grinding through those tough times, it’s so very important to take a pause.

Give yourself the time and space that you need, and then move forward -- because if left unaddressed, burnout can lead to some pretty serious mental health issues.

That’s why I wanted to have my dear friend Mary Hyatt on the show. Mary is a holistic mindset coach who helps entrepreneurs create a life and business that lights them up from the inside, and doesn’t burn them out.
