Brugata Syndrome on ECG
Brugata syndrome is caused by a right ventricular sodium chanelopathy that is temperature sensitive. This produces a distinctive ECG pattern in the right ventricular leads, V1 and V2. Brugata can lead to syncope or sudden cardiac death, but can be prevented by an ICD.
