Common Errors in the HR Field

Most papers that we looked at had at least one kind of issue or deviation from best practices. We did find a lot of errors related to misnomers so people use the term liquored scale incorrectly, which can be misleading for authors and reviewers. A lot of papers did not properly check for assumptions when a plan was used to make it a little more effective.
