There's a dissonance between the way technology develops and evolves, which is not strictly consistent with nationalities. The ability to render a law or regulation essentially completely ineffective is quite easy right now by simply moving things around the globe. So it's going to be interesting to see how different legal entities cope with this. How do you make whatever they end up with?
