The Rise of the Monotorial System
Andrew Bell started a school for the illegitimate offspring of European soldiers in Madras, India. He wanted to remove these children from what he proceeds to be a corrupting influence of their Indian mothers and through doing so make them useful members of the community. The bell system is essentially using children to teach other children within the school room but it's also known as the monotorial system.
