Is Your Mortgage a 30 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage?
Soye: I got solicited by a company just for simple re finance. Sure, the interest rate was better, but you're saying it was loaded with fees. So i went into globo bank system to set up the extra payment and set up my double payment. A couple of weeks later that the double payment had not been instead of my regular payment,. globe bank had made it in addition to mye ar payment. Soye: What does this mean in terms of my credit, that a mortgage payment hasn't been made? You know?
