The Importance of Parks in India
Parks in India are under the remit of urban spill corporations or municipalities, depending on which area that you're in. There's even a scheme by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs for the neighborhood. So one thing could have been done from policy standpoint - more people to clean grounds. You can also increase the number of trash cans or other things. But I think we should have a basic moral decency about how we behave around public spaces.
