Prosecutors are looking at artworks that these oligarchs had bought or sold many years ago and trying to figure out where they are now. There are some very famous artworks involved here. One was a Monet that he paid apparently almost $50 million for. So are they looking to prevent them from being moved? Are they looking to seize these so that they can stop any movement? Yes.
