How Upsell Strategies Can Really Fuel Growth
The first strategy is upsell. This is about encouraging customers to get more value of three-year products by giving them more features through addition upgrades. More value leads to greater retention and then more revenue. The second example is cross-sell, where an existing customer that's using a product buys a complimentary product or adds on. And as your customers are using more product, they're getting more value and that drives more revenue.
