Employee Owned Stocks

i'm really interested in the design of these for long term holcos. Because traditional employ equity all comes through lands of no fast growing tax stocks where people expect an exit, and they don't not expecting cash flow. But i think, you guess, are probably the very opposite of all those coins at chenmark. Some curious how you design an incentive system that is equity like, or equity based, for people o to stick around for a long time,. where the returns come from cash flows and there is no plan for exit yet.
