The Pros and Cons of Working at a Large Company

Zendesk is a public company. So that was very different from any other company I've worked at because they're very established. And when I worked there, I didn't need to deal with so much ambiguity. Whereas, you know, at the startup, of course, there was some ambiguity and then working at an entirely new team on Webflow,. It was all in big US and we needed to define what we were doing and what the goals were. There are even more of a stickler at larger companies about not just measuring the project's success, but also looking at how you are helping the company succeed.
