The Black Experience in the United States

I'm curious to see why you believe that's the one a that caught traction in the twentieth century. How central is the entitlement programme itself, from welfare to all the different state, local entitlements that have been purtled out since the 19 sixties? What, what kind of effect have those had on the black community itself? And also, just even the sort of philosophical conception of the black experience here mathes av very deliters fect on theblack community.
