Anti Inflammatory Diet Patterns

The best diet for a cimmune system is the mediterranean, styll type. If you're deficient in any of those micro nutrients, that could impair the function of your immune system. Omega three fats make up the membranes of our mune cells and help them to move around the body properly. They are also part of switching off inflammation and resolving inflammation at the end of an infection. Your carves are important too, not just for energy, but they can be a source of fibre, which is going to feed the microbes in your gut. And we have a huge amount of immune tissue located in the stive tract, and it's up close and personal with those microbes.
