Barry Sternlick: Commercial real estate is going to have to go into default in some way or another. The banks are not going to be able to really justify the debt that they have on the buildings, and the landlords won't be able to pay the debt. So you're going to see a very large effort to sell out of this debt at discounts,. It's going to cause some problems in the banking community and the real estate community.
