What's the Biggest Challenge in MPH?
There needs to be more evidence about randomized control evidence for that shunting works. We don't shun many patients in this country compared to many countries and looking at it into why it's important. Having pathways for patients is really important, but we don't really have at the moment. I think metronyllis is important, which is something I'm working on. More evidence will be needed before it's truly accepted as a shunned responses situation in certain conditions.
