The evidence at this point for the Phoenician stuff seems to point to really pretty direct voyages across the entirety of the Mediterranean. But that doesn't mean that that's how everything worked. And I think probably the answer if you're trying to think because we're also talking about the fairly long periods several centuries in which this stuff gets distributed must have played a role too. It's just that we have to understand better the mechanisms by which they did that.
