People think that changing something about the way I ask is going to make a big difference in terms of getting a yes. But when we've looked at the size of the request that people are asking, and we've changed it, there's no difference. A major reason people say yes to our participants in these studies is because it's so hard to say no. And that's true regardless of what someone is asking you for.
