The Effects of Walking on Memory

A 2007 study conducted by German researchers found that daily walking can statistically improve our working memory. Researchers from Stanford University found that walking increases creative capacities in the brain. And a particular flavor of creative thinking called divergent thinking. Walking can increase divergent thinking by 60%.
