Is Rishisunak Going Back to the 2019 Manifesto?
Rishisunak said the phrase, levelling up in his speech. It is words that he said behind closed doors when he was running for leaderships. The government's obviously going to need to cling as much as it can to 2019 manifesto. But similarly, some of the priorities have changed slightly. They have been watered down and will be held to a canton there.
