The History of the Move to Zk

The move to zk happened when we were you know doing stuff at Verdes. They performed some formal verification over if I remember correctly it was specifically the big library within circumlib and ended up being able to identify a couple of bugs there but more importantly verified other properties held. Think we've done a pretty nice mapping of formal verification formal verifiers and some of the other tools fuzzers and static analyzers this is the auditing toolkit. So far we're still kind of thinking about it in this solidity context or like some more contracts or even I don't know maybe it goes past that.
