The Environmental Impact Assessment

The environmental impact assessment was done by ERM who have ExxonMobil as their clients anyway. It is a mystery as to when exactly the Environmental Protection Agency read these documents, if in fact they did read them. They carried out studies of birds using bird lists that are very old from the 1960s. The most common fish was the unidentified flying fish. So people were so excited about this oil that no one was focusing on this. An issued a permit on the 1st of June 2017 in which they said that SO was authorized to carry out the LISA 1 project.
