We often find ourselves project managing, being an owner's rep in a lot of cases. We look for the best for the project overall and make sure that we understand that it needs to be successful for a lot of different entities along. For the owner, for the end user, obviously we want a successful build project that everyone can be proud of. It is definitely part of our culture through all of our staff. We talk about it constantly and say how we evaluate, there's decisions to be made. How are we going to do this? That is the lens of which we start to look at it. They're happy to stay in their regular role if they don’t need that
