Is the Word of God Failed?
The apostle asks, is the word of god failed? And so i think the question here is, am hathe given the fact that israel isn't even believing in their own messiah. So hasn't god's word failed? And paul is saying, no, god's word has not failed. God is able to bring about his plan and purposes even through israel's unbelief.
