Introduction

Easter is a national holiday in Australia. It represents the resurrection of Jesus Christ, so after he was resurrected over that three day weekend. In Australia at least we have a lot of sort of foods that are associated with Easter. I don't think it's necessarily all Christian related food. For instance, there are a lot of chocolate rabbits which will commonly have chocolate eggs for children.
