The Technicals of the Market
The market made a short-term top on July 22, 2015. We have an oscillator that measures 18 separate indicators. It got to the fourth highest oversold reading it has ever seen. Overboarded in the cadence, not oversold, it gets fourth greatest overboarded in the Cadence. That's another reason we're negative because looking at combination of 18 oscillators, the market is showing clear overboard conditions.
