The Three Stages of the Spiritual Life
There are three stages of the spiritual life, says Father Gary Llegraj. There's a beginner stage and then there's the proficient and the perfect. At each phase you need different equipment to be able to play in the water. If you go deep enough at some point, you're going to actually need like a scuba tank. The reason why you do this is to help us know what we should expect from our prayer.
