The Shooting of a White Woman in Front of Her Babies

Susan Luis was arrested on charges of manslaughter with a firearm culpable negligence battery and two counts of assault Tuesday night. Her first court appearance is is expected on Thursday. Owen's mother Pamela Dyett's Diaz said the child blamed himself because he was unable to perform CPR on his mother grandma i couldn't save her. The nine-year-old boy who witnessed the shooting blames himself because he first told his mom uh the neighbor had confronted him and his siblings.
