Is There a Liquidity Problem in the Quota Unquote Market?
There's a reason to expect the quote unquote job market to be a little less than perfectly efficient. One thing I would guess is more important on the margin two things one is entrepreneurs types like who will do a really good job aimed at the really good stuff. Those people are harder to find and so that's an example of a friction in the system that won't just resolve well maybe it can because we can work way harder to resolve them. And another example is I think like people who can do China focused long term is to research really cautiously and mindfully with China language skills.
