Do You Believe the Bible or Not?

The biblical picture of women does not fit neatly into the kind of really strict fundamentalist baptists. Women can't do anything. They have no public voice. There's no role for teaching at all, right? It just doesn't seem scriptural, bease we have so many examples otherwise. But on the other hand, there are clear passages that do forbid women from something. So what do we do withal right? The question is not simplized like, do you believe the bible or not? Cause that's how people frame it.
