This week on When the Facts Change, we wanted to look in depth at how corporate power works. Shane Jones is using parliamentary privilege to allege that Countdown Managers have forced New Zealand suppliers of goods to those supermarkets to effectively pay back money they'd already received for goods. The Commerce Commission has released its final report about whether or not these two supermarket chains were acting as duopellists and whether it was hurting suppliers, but also consumers. And the conclusion from the Commerce Commission was that the sector was not working for consumers.
