Is HUD a Good Lender?

Catherine: I'd like to suggest Nick Cave as your next year of the week. My experience on the single family side is that it's harder to get a property approved by HUD than by a conventional lender. It would be my nature to run down both deals and see which is the most advantageous. You just have to read the terms and conditions very, very carefully. The private guys can be much better or much worse. That's the problem.
