Is There a Culture of Incentives?

I tend to think that like incentives matter and you know, if you sold the incentives, like you kind of automatically solve a lot of other downstream things, right? That's a beautiful way of saying it. I wish the entire world agreed with that or side that way. It's still sort of crazy to me, how much time we spend like any engineer spends on like infrastructure.
