Fitness and having a healthy lie sal is the vehicle towards an empowered, fulfilling life. We might be able to force selves for a period of time, but it's not going to be a long term solution. And so strength and conditioing, i is equal parts like, you know, bio mechanics and exercise physiology. Just understanding human behavior and how we make long lasting behavior l changes. Maybe not everybody does actually need to be healthier and fitter. Maybe their time is better ed to other aspects. An thats kind of a very personal and but i think it's an imperative thing to ask people.
