The Epistemic Condition on Responsibility

i wanted to ask about the epistemic condition on responsibility what does it take to have control over your beliefs such that you're responsible for them i argued that nobody does have that kind of control over their beliefs in to satisfy the minding responsibility condition by responsibility. What luck explains so much it explains our background which is what philosophers like to call constitutive luck and then it leaves stuff open but present luck fills in the gap that constitutive luck leaves they openso none of that said satisfy a demanding responsibility condition so i argued yeah link between my free will views and myEpistemology views was fascinating.
