Twitter's official policy is we cannot post pictures or vidios of people without their permission. They captured a police officer on camera kicking thei rfukin dog. And technically, per their policy, they can selectively ban accounts that post police officers doing shit like that. Or even there was a separate, there was an american police officer thing, did you see, where their house got breaking broken into. Can they captured someone on camera?
