Do on Sale Clause

Ava's parents helped with the mortgage application and 50% of the capital that was needed. Ava: "I've heard like maybe one or two times where it actually has gotten like called on, but they were able to resolve it with an attorney" The do on sale clause is if you switch it over and the bank finds out they can say, oh, all of your loan is due in the next 30 days, you have to pay it over. But again, the summy advising you to do it.
